Business Vocabulary in Use – topics for oral examination
- First, every student has to prepare and talk about the following:
Jobs, people and organisations
What do you do? Who do you work for? What are your responsibilities? Are there regular working hours for all staff in your company? How many employees does your company have? Do people have their own offices or are there open/plan offices? Which one would you prefer and why?
How did you get your job? Do you have performance reviews? What are the advantages and disadvantages?
What sort of goods does your company produce and sell? Where is the head office? How many sites does your company have? Does your company outsource any activities?

Next, every student is asked to prepare and speak on one of the following topics, the exam worksheets that will help students prepare can be sent on request:
