Writing a business letter



You have been successful in getting the bank loan for you business. You have successfully started it and you even have customers. Congratulations.

Now you are writing to your biggest customer and you have several issues you have to solve.

  • There were some problems with the last order. You want to explain, apologise and offer compensation.
  • The customer, however, decided to make a new order. You want to give assurance that this time everything will be OK.
  • You have some news – you are launching a new product and want to inform the customer on it.
  • Send the new price list.
  • Refer to future contact.
